Records and information

My recommendations are based on the information you provide in your intake form, during our appointment, and in any medical records you share. It is your responsibility to let me know if your pet is being seen by more than one veterinary practice.

Mutual respect

We agree to treat each other with mutual respect. Petted & Vetted reserves the right to refuse service.

Tolerability concerns

If you have any concern that your pet is not tolerating a dietary plan or recommendation, please reach out promptly. If you have not heard back by email, follow up directly so we can troubleshoot together.

Payment

Research may be done before payment is provided, plans will be shared after payment is processed.

Virtual appointments

All appointments are virtual. Software including AI tools or session recording may be used internally to support your pet's care. By submitting this form you consent to this use.

Scope of service

Petted & Vetted is a support service. You should continue working with your veterinarian for medical diagnosis and treatment.

Communication

Communication is primarily by email. Responses may take up to 7 business days. For urgent concerns, please contact your primary vet or an emergency clinic and do not wait for a reply from Petted & Vetted.
